First Western Trust Adds Co-Portfolio Manager & Credit Analyst

Denver, CO– August 3, 2018 – First Western Trust is pleased to announce a new addition. Brandon Humphryes, CFA, co-portfolio manager & credit analyst, has joined the company’s investment team and serves as a municipal bond strategist. Brandon will oversee tax-free bond strategies and accounts within First Western Trust.
Most recently, Mr. Humphryes was the senior portfolio manager for Trust Company of America, overseeing the company’s investment portfolio. Prior to that, Mr. Humphryes worked at Vectra Bank as an assistant vice president, financial analyst, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, credit monitoring and performance incentives.
Mr. Humphryes, a financial analyst veteran with more than 22 years of wealth management, and investment management experience, previously held senior portfolio roles at firms including
Mountain Asset Management, Suncorp Corporate Credit Union, and First Data Corporation. Brandon earned his BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at Fort Lewis College – Colorado; his MBA in Finance from Rutgers University – New Jersey; and is a CFA® charterholder.
