Shannon Fengler -- Loan Originator

As a Loan Originator, Shannon ensures the borrower is able to get the best loan to fit their specific needs. She oversees the loan from start to finish; from gathering the paperwork, qualifying, and all the way to closing. As a processor, Shannon orders the necessary documentation runs automated underwriting and reviews the file to submit. Once the file is approved she assists the loan originator with gathering any conditions needed for the ‘clear to close’. She then turns the request into the closers to begin the figures and doc prep for closing.

Shannon has been in the mortgage industry since 1992. She began as a closing assistant and has since transitioned into processing and loan originating. Shannon has been in her current role since 1995 and has been named a Five Star Mortgage Professional for the past three years.
