How much have you saved for retirement? Probably not as much as you’d like. Americans are facing a big retirement savings problem, and there is a great need for reform to take place to help address these issues.

President Obama and his administration are interested in reforming the retirement industry and have suggested sweeping changes to the system. However, as our Director of Retirement Consulting Services, Paula Hendrickson, points out, the current proposal does little to alleviate the serious issues surrounding the savings crisis in America.

In the Denver Business Journal, Paula discusses the proposed changes that would require investment professionals to adhere to a higher standard when advising retirement plan sponsors and participants, as well as the questions that still remain unanswered regarding the proposal and our larger retirement savings problem.
