As a mortgage loan originator, Anne’s role is to realize that each homeowner has different financial circumstances and needs, so she will look at your loan individually to help you decide on the best way to address your particular situation.  Whether you are looking to refinance your existing home loan or purchase a new home, her core focus is to provide stable and informative support that helps homeowners achieve their personal financial goals.  Anne is a proactive communicator and prides herself on friendly customer service, professionalism, and truly cares about her clientele.  She understands that home buying is a dream for many and wants the experience to be as smooth and stress-free as possible for both the buyers as well as her Real Estate partners.  It doesn’t matter to Anne if you are a first time home buyer, someone buying an investment property, or someone looking to refinance, she takes the time to educate and advise the best option for each individual situation.

Anne is a native of Colorado who attended Bowdoin College with a B.A. in Economics.  She spends her spare time with her two children and husband and enjoys traveling to new places.  She loves anything outdoors including hiking, tennis, skiing, and kayaking.  She volunteers extensively at her children’s school.  She is a member of the Middle School PTA, on the auction committee, a room mom, Destination Imagination teacher and a coach for her daughter’s lacrosse team.

Tips for Borrowers

  1. Get your financing in place prior to looking for a new home. In this fast-paced market, you need to be able to write a desirable contract to jump on your dream house.
  2. Don’t open any new credit. During the loan process keep the movement of funds to a minimum.  This will reduce work for the borrower as all funds need to be tracked and traced during this process.
  3. Don’t be afraid to ask any and all questions. The better educated the borrower is, the better the outcome will be in terms of comfort and understanding.
