Client Services Manager
Nicholas Sikonski, client services manager in the DTC office, is responsible for managing all aspects of the profit center's private banking platforms, ensuring outstanding client service, operational excellence, and achievement of deposit and revenue goals. Nicholas serves as the main contact for DTC locations deposit, loan, and treasury management clients, responsible for both maintenances of client relationships and revenue generating activities.
Prior to joining First Western Trust, Nicholas has acquired potent professional experience in the banking industry. Nicholas has worked with Wells Fargo, as a personal banker and brokerage associate, First Mortgage Solutions, as a loan officer, and National Waste Consultants, as a financial controller. Nicholas was then recruited by First Western Trust to a client services manager role in October of 2017.

What do you like most about what you do?
I really get a sense of fulfillment when helping my clients succeed financially and being an integral part of that process. I think this is accomplished best alongside a team-oriented environment that strives to do the same like the one we have here in the DTC office.
What is your idea of perfect happiness?
