First Western Trust Bank Empowers Arizona Families Through $75,000 Donation to Arizona Tuition Connection

November 6, 2024

First Western Trust continues its commitment to fostering educational opportunities by donating $75,000 to Arizona Tuition Connection in 2024. This funding directly supports low-income scholarship recipients in the Maricopa County area, enabling access to quality education for those who need it most.

Since initiating this partnership in 2022, First Western Trust has donated a total of $240,000, positively impacting 63 students over three years. These scholarships, funded through private and corporate tax credit donations, allow disadvantaged students to attend the schools of their dreams, unlocking future opportunities and providing a path to success.

“At First Western, we believe that education is a cornerstone for building thriving communities,” said Christine Joseph, First Western Trust Market President. “Our partnership with Arizona Tuition Connection reflects our dedication to empowering families, fostering educational equity, and creating brighter futures.”

Arizona Tuition Connection works to connect families with vital scholarship funds made possible through tax credit donations from individuals and businesses. By supporting this mission, First Western Trust reinforces its commitment to making a difference in the lives of students and families across Arizona.
