Ann Heinz -- Senior Loan Originator

As a Senior Loan Originator, Ann works with clients, real estate agents, financial planners, and attorneys to find the best loan products to suit each individual’s needs. Ann enjoys interacting with borrowers throughout the mortgage process to keep them apprised of progress and needed information for a seamless experience. Her greatest reward from the mortgage business over all of the years has been the repeat business from clients and their referrals.

Ann has spent more than 25 years in the mortgage industry, 18 of which were spent as a vice president with Chase Manhattan Mortgage, where she was one of the top 10 producers and received Leaders Club every year. Seeing the need to offer customers a broader range of mortgage products, Ann launched Kensington Mortgage Group in 2005. From the start of her career, the commitment to the client has been the focus. In 2012 Ann joined the established Colorado company, Englewood Mortgage, now First Western Trust. With in-house underwriters, approval times much lower than the industry average, and extremely competitive rates, it has been a perfect fit.
