Please do not make updates or modifications to your templates and online banking services between:
- Friends & Family: November 21 – December 8
- QuickBooks Clients: January 3 – January 20
- All Clients: January 9 – January 26

Getting Ready for the New Platform
How do I prepare?
Refer to your appropriate checklist to ensure you have all the necessary information for a smooth transition to the new platform.
Download and save your bill pay and account history prior to conversion weekend as historical data will not transfer to the new platform.

Is downtime required?
Yes. There will be downtime as we switch to the new MYFW Digital Business Banking Platform.
- Friends & Family Launch:

- 6:00 PM MST on Friday, December 5th – Current system begins downtime
- 6:00 AM MST on Monday, December 8th – New Digital Platform is LIVE for pilot users
- QuickBooks Client Launch:

- 6:00 PM MST on Friday, January 16th – Current system begins downtime
- 6:00 AM MST on Tuesday, January 20th – New Digital Platform is LIVE
- All Client Launch:

Do I need to do anything prior to conversion weekend?
Yes. Please ensure you:
- Verify Account Access
- Confirm Contact Information
- Download Account History
- Download Bill Pay History
- Clean Up ACH and Wire Templates
- Review Users and Permissions
- Uninstall Remote Deposit Capture Software

Accessing the New Business Platform
How do I log in on go-live day?
STEP 1: Receive Your Temporary Credentials
On launch day, you will receive two separate emails:
- Temporary User ID
- Temporary Password
Once both emails arrive, use the link in either message to access the new platform.
STEP 2: Log In to the New Platform on Desktop
Your first login must be completed on desktop using your temporary credentials.
After signing in, you will be prompted to create your new username and password.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
If you plan to use multi-factor authentication, you may download the VIP Access app. This is required for external payments and approvals.
Current RSA Token Users
- Log in using your temporary credentials
- Desktop: Go to “My Settings” and click on “Security Options” to set up your VIP
(Token) Access - Mobile App: Download the VIP Access app – this replaces the RSA Token app
- A Company ID is no longer required
Password Users
- Log in using your temporary credentials
- Follow the prompts to create your new login credentials
- A Company ID is no longer required
STEP 3: Access the New Mobile App
Our new mobile app will be available at 6:00 AM MST on launch day.
After you’ve logged in on desktop and created your new credentials:
- Delete the old mobile app from your device
- Download the MYFW Digital Platform app from the App Store or Google Play
- Log in using your new username and password

Is there anything I need to do once I get logged into the new platform?
Yes. You will need to reestablish your account settings and confirm all information has been transferred correctly.

Security & Permissions
What are the username and password requirements?
Username:
- Six characters minimum
- Must include at least one letter
- May include letters, numbers, allowed special characters
- No spaces
Password:
- 10–32 characters
- Must include letters or numbers
- Must include a special character

Account Information & History
Will my historical data transfer?
No, historical data will not transfer to the new platform.

Will my account structure transfer?
Yes — account information and access will transfer to the new platform.
Historical transactions will not. Download and save your bill pay and account history prior to conversion weekend as historical data will not transfer to the new platform.

Business User Management
Can I manage users and permissions?
Yes. Use “Manage Users” in the platform.

Business Banking Tools & Integrations
Why the change?
This enhanced platform represents the next generation of digital business banking—combining powerful tools with a modern, intuitive design to make managing your business finances easier, faster, and more secure.
What are some of the key features?
Familiar tools like ACH, wires, and Positive Pay are still here, now with refreshed layouts, enhanced functionality, and added convenience.
You’ll Enjoy:
• New Mobile app with advanced capabilities and intuitive navigation.
• Biometrics (fingerprint, Face ID) and enhanced administrator access security.
• Unified Account Summary: Link and toggle between personal and business. accounts with one login.
• Easier accounting software integration (e.g., Plaid and QuickBooks)
• Single Sign-On (SSO) for services such as Lockbox, Insured Cash Sweep, and Commercial Credit Cards.

CONSUMER DIGITAL BANKING FAQs
How do I access the new digital banking platform?
Logging in Online
- Visit MYFW Login Page
- Use your existing username and password the first time you log in
Logging in on Mobile
- Delete the old mobile app off your phone
- Redownload the MYFW Digital Banking app from the App Store or Google Play
Supported Devices:
- Apple: iOS 15.1 or later,
- Android: Google Play on Android 8.1 or later.
How can I find my existing password?
To retrieve your saved passwords, you can follow different steps based on the platform you’re using.

What should I do if I forget my username or password?
- Select “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset your credentials OR
- Contact your Private Banker for assistance
What are the username and password requirements?
Username
- Must be at least six characters long
- Must contain at least one letter
- Can include letters, numbers, and special characters like @$*_-=.! ~
- Cannot contain spaces
Password
- Must be between 10 and 32 characters long
- Must contain characters from at least two of the following categories (letters, numbers)
Is two-factor authentication required? How does it work?
Yes, two-factor authentication (also known as Multi Factor Authentication or MFA) is important for your security. It requires two or more forms of authentication to access your account, enhancing protection against identity theft.
After entering your User ID, password, and One-Time Passcode (OTP), you can enroll your computer for easier future logins. This will create a Browser Cookie that allows you to log in without entering an OTP each time. Ensure your browser and antivirus settings do not delete cookies to avoid repeated OTP prompts.

Can I manage multiple accounts or user permissions?
Yes, you will be able to manage multiple accounts and user permission within the new platform under “Manage Users”.
How to I convert my QuickBooks and/or Quicken accounts to the new platform?
