First Western Trust Welcomes Eric Ensman and Aimee Meester to Key Leadership Roles

First Western Trust is excited to announce the addition of two leaders to its team: Eric Ensman and Aimee Meester. 

Eric Ensmann: Chief Risk Officer 

Eric Ensman joins First Western Trust as Chief Risk Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in risk management, compliance, and financial oversight. Before joining First Western Trust in May 2024, Eric served as the Director of Credit Risk Review at Independent Financial and held multiple senior roles at BBVA in the USA (now part of PNC), including Chief Risk Officer.

Aimee Meester: Chief Marketing Officer 

Aimee Meester has joined as the Chief Marketing Officer after selling her Colorado-based marketing agency. She will lead the organization’s marketing strategy, leveraging her expertise to enhance brand positioning and drive client engagement in an ever-evolving financial landscape.
